Women gain among CEO hires, anti-DEI efforts spur caution

Women achieved parity with men among newly hired chief executives in CEO Update’s second annual Association CEO Recruitment Trends report.Fifty-seven of the 115 association chief executives tracked by CEO Update who were hired by associations between Oct. 1, 2024, and Sept. 30, 2025, were women.
